Vanilla Chai Protein Shake š„¤

Ingredients
ā¢ 1 scoop of ourĀ SbP vanilla protein powder
ā¢ 1/2 cup chai tea
ā¢ 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
ā¢ 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
ā¢ 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
ā¢ 1 cup ice
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until the desired consistency is reached.
2. If your smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk or water.
3. Enjoy!
