Vanilla Chai Protein Shake 🥤

• 1 scoop of our SbP vanilla protein powder
• 1/2 cup chai tea
• 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
• 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
• 1 cup ice

1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until the desired consistency is reached.
2. If your smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk or water.
3. Enjoy!
