Vanilla Chai Protein Shake š„¤

Ingredients
⢠1 scoop of our SbP vanilla protein powder
⢠1/2 cup chai tea
⢠1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
⢠1/2 tsp ground cardamom
⢠1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
⢠1 cup ice
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until the desired consistency is reached.
2. If your smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk or water.
3. Enjoy!
