‘’What is the most common mistake people do in the gym?’’
Very simple, everyone does what they like, not what they should be doing.
At the beginning, we know that we should be eating well but instead, we choose to workout. When we workout for a while, we still know that we should be eating a little better again, but choose to workout more, to see if we can out-train our bad habits. Once we finally decide to eat according to the plan, results start showing fast so we keep the same plan for a while until it becomes so boring that results aren’t showing up anymore. Then we start questioning our own reasoning and start following our friends plan, due to their great results.
Imagine if right from the beginning, we would do exactly what we should do. Obviously, it is the hardest habit to change but how much time would we save?
