Question of the week  “How do I tone up my body?”

Toning is a term specifically used for printers and should stay that way.


What people mean when they want to ‘’tone up’’ their body is actually making some body parts ‘‘less jiggly’’ or firmer.


Like Schwarzenegger said so eloquently well; “if it jiggles, it’s fat”.


There is no special workout to tone up. You actually have to train as hard as someone who is ripped or who is jacked (aka lots of muscle mass) to see decent results. The basic rule is to train, eat well, burn a little more calories than you intake, and you’ll start noticing results.


No, you won’t become “too shredded” and no, “you can’t get mass too fast”. Stop the nonsense and invest a bit of your time in your health and fitness.
