What would be the only protocol you would need if you were tight on money but would be willing to invest for the best supplements for better health?
My pick would be these two in order of importance;
1. Omega Pure; the most bangs for your bucks supplement you could take is without a doubt, omega 3’s. All tissues of our body are made of cells, in which the cell’s membrane in most of these tissue rely on these fatty acids to keep it’s integrity and health. Healthy cells make’s a body good and functional.
2. Multivitamins; unfortunately, too many people think we don’t need a good multi nowadays to function properly. I am on the other side of the fence, especially for those who have an active lifestyle or those were stress is an issue. ATP’s total defense helps metabolize carbs, fats and protein as well as in tissue formation. It also helps in the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth and is a tremendous help in athletic support, especially for tissue repair and regeneration.
Unfortunately we can’t rely on Mother Nature as much as we could a hundred years ago just because our lifestyles have evolved on the extreme side. If you are active, you’ll need all the help you can get and these two supplements should be the base of your daily supplemental protocol.
