Ingredients
ā¢ 1 cup of ice cubes
ā¢ 1 medium frozen banana
ā¢ 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
ā¢ 1/2 cup orange juice
ā¢ orange zest, from 1 orange
ā¢ 1 large orange, peeled and segmented (about 1 cup sliced)
ā¢ 1 scoop of ourĀ OvB vanilla protein powder
Instructions
1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
2. Blend until the shake is creamy.
