Instead of writing down that you want to lose 50 pounds in 6 months, write down which habits you need to change to get there. You have way more control over your habits than over a given outcome.
Choose to weight train at least 45 minutes a day. Choose to eat more proteins and give up weekend cheats over fitting into a size 0 dress.
