Breakfast Cookie Recipe 🍪

Cook healthy snacks with natural ingredients ✨

Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup of date puree
• 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
• 1 ripe mashed banana
• 1 egg
• 1 tablespoon of vanilla
• 1 teaspoon of baking soda
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• 1/2 cup of our OvB vegetable protein
• 1/2 cup quinoa flakes
• 1/4 cup chia seeds
• 1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips
• 1 measure of our Greens and Reds Whole Foods

Instructions
1. Combine date puree, applesauce, banana and egg
2. Add vanilla, baking soda, and baking powder
2. Mix and wait for an emulsion.
3. Spoon onto a baking sheet.
4. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350F
5. Enjoy!
