Protein autumn smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk with vanilla
  • 1 measure of ATP protein powder
  • ¾ cup unsweetened pumpkin puree (homemade, or choose D.D Smith is a cane)
  • ½ c. cinnamon
  • Fresh ginger, ¼ inch stretch, peeled
  • 1 pinch of cloves
  • 1 pinch of ground nutmeg
  • 1 C. hemp seeds
  • 1 C. almond butter
  • 1 C. natural liquid vanilla - optional 

Prepartion:

Place all ingredients in a high-power blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy your meal ! Health is a way of life
