Protein Pumpkin Pancake
This is one of my favourite last snack recipe #NightProteinPumpkinPancake. If you are craving sweets, you have to make this!
Ingredients 1/2 scoop vanilla NzW protein 1/4 cup egg white 2 tbsp canned pumpkin 1 tsp ground flax 1/4 cup unswee vanilla cashew silk 1/2 tsp baking powder 2 packs stevia 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (you can also add nutmeg, ginger and/or cloves) pinch of sea salt
Frosting 1 tbsp peanut butter 1/4 scoop vanilla NzW protein 1 tbsp unsweetened cashew milk 1 tbsp walden farm sirup
