Healthy Reese bars 🍫

• 2 tbsp of coconut oil
• 1 C. liquid vanilla extract
• 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
• 100g of dark chocolate 70% -85%
• 3 tbsp of crushed almonds
• 2 tsp. 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 2 tsp. 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
• 2 tsp. 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
• 1/4 cup shelled hemp seeds
• 3c. ATP OVB Protein Powder
• 1 C. tablespoon cocoa powder
• 1 pinch of pink salt
• 1 pinch of cinnamon (optional)
• 1 pinch of stevia (optional)

1. In a skillet, heat the coconut oil and almond milk. Turn off the heat once the mixture is bubbling.
2. Add the chocolate and mix. Let stand 2 minutes, then whisk until the texture is smooth.
3. Add the vanilla and salt and mix.
4. Add nuts and seeds to melted chocolate.
5. Mix everything.
6. Add the protein powder, cinnamon, cocoa, and mix.
7. Form two equal balls on parchment paper using a spatula and flatten the mixture with a rolling pin.
8. Spread the almond butter on one part and cover the other!
9. Refrigerate until bars harden.
10. Slice and store in the refrigerator.
