1/2 cup of pureed dates
1/2 cup of unsweetened apple sauce
1 ripe banana (crushed)
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp Baking powder
1/2 cup ATP OvB Protein
1/2 cup Quinoa flakes
1/4 cup Chia seed
1/4 cup Dark chocolate chips (optional)
Mix the first block, add the 2nd wait the slight emulsion!
Mix and Add the 3rd block.
Cook 20 min at 350ºF on a cooking sheet using parchment paper, otherwise it sticks!
