Ingredients: Fruits and vegetables
- 1 Banana, large very ripe
- 2 Eggs
- 2 (20g each) scoops ATP OvB Protein
Culinary Aids and Spices
- 1/4 tsp Baking powder
- 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- In a large bowl, sift together the protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Make a well in the center, pour in the eggs and banana mix until smooth.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
